I'm Joanna James, and my team and I will help you discover your inner champion. We are committed to helping you reach your fitness and wellness goals through a combination of fitness training and lifestyle changes. We will perform an initial assessment and work with you to set realistic and attainable goals for each phase of your official “Fitness Challenge.” Sessions will always be fun, unique, and challenging. Whether you are interested in toning, transforming, or maintaining, we have the perfect program for you.

We understand that everyone has different challenges - heavy work loads, family/work/life balance, weight loss, event preparation, or simply ridding yourself of the COVID weight gain. Therefore, we have created programs to address your specific needs.

Sign Up For an Assessment
We need to learn a little about you, your body and how you move in order to create your customized plan. The assessment will be in three parts, and it should take less than 15 minutes. The Assessment will include a General and Postural Appraisal, a Movement and Srength Analysis and a Flexibility Evaluation. You should dress in your workout attire and comfortable workout shoes.
