I joined J-F!t Boot Camp (Joanna James, Owner and Coach) and it is the best thing that I’ve ever done for a lot of reasons, the main one being accountability. I’ve been in a lot of exercise programs before, and in my experience the level is so much higher in this boot camp. There’s consistency and accountability. Joanna makes sure that you come to class, that you sign up and that you show up. If you don’t show up, she calls and texts you which helps with the accountability. Within a month time, I’ve lost 5 lbs. so I know that the program is working. The boot camp changes the work out all the time and never a dull moment. You never do the same thing twice and that’s what brings me back. It’s always fresh. New exercises, new techniques, and new pain the next day (but that means it worked!). You don’t know what’s coming and that’s what makes you come back for more. I use this as a great cross training. I’ve also gotten my family involved with it. I recommend this program to anyone. It is great!
Working with Joanna is a joy. Her positive attitude and motivation sticks with me long after my workout. I've noticed that my stamina has increased along with my over-all awareness of how I treat my body on a day-to-day basis. I've noticed a change in my mental and physical outlook.
